BEVERAGES

We like to have a variety of beverages available at our Flute Circles.  All of the following recipes which contain “Granulated Sugar” can be substituted with the natural sweetener Stevia.  Please always be sure to let Flute Circle members know whether or not you have used SUGAR or STEVIA.  This will make a huge difference to a diabetic.  If using Stevia, remember that Stevia is actually sweeter than Sugar and adjust accordingly—sweeten to taste, rather than using the measurement given for Sugar.  Another refreshing idea is to simply provide chilled water with Lemon Slices.  Unsweetened Sun Tea is also always delicious!
